How does annual billing work?
The monthly price is shown for easy comparison. You pay for 12 months upfront through PayPal, and your subscription renews annually at the annual amount shown in checkout.
Can I purchase more than one instance?
Yes. Choose the number of instances you need for each plan. Each instance is priced individually. You can add more instances later with another subscription, including instances on a different plan.
When will I receive my instance details?
After your payment is verified, your instances appear in your portal as awaiting setup. An administrator provisions each instance and adds its IP address and access key. Your portal shows when each instance is ready.
Where do I find my IP address and access key?
Sign in to the customer portal to see your instances. Each ready instance has its own IP address and a protected access key that you can reveal and copy.
Can I stop my subscription from renewing?
Yes. You can cancel automatic renewal in the Billing section of your portal or through your PayPal account. Your paid service period is displayed in the portal.
